Lemon grass tea

The best anti-oxidant you can have, this tea is simple, refreshing and healthy.

Ingredients

Lemon grass leaf 6 inch piece

Water One cup

Method

Boil the leaf in the water for 2-3 minutes till a light green coulur sets in.

Strain and serve.

If you wish to have it cold, then add sugar and cool before putting it into the refrigerator. Serve chilled with some crushed mint leaves if liked.
